Aramid flame-retardant fabric is inherently flame-retardant fiber. This kind of flame-retardant fabric has heat resistance, high strength, high wear resistance, good flexibility, low shrinkage, stable chemical structure, no droplets in combustion, no poisonous gas, etc. advantage.
Aramid flame-retardant fabric has good dimensional stability and can be used for a long time at a temperature of 250°C, and its heat shrinkage rate is only 1%. The fiber softening temperature is 373℃, and it starts to decompose when it exceeds 400℃. During the decomposition, the cloth surface of the aramid cloth thickens and the fiber expands. The outer surface of the cloth is 900-1300℃ to isolate the heat transfer without cracking. For different dyeing methods, there are different properties:

1. Dope dyeing: Add dye before fiber is made into silk, spinning and weaving, this kind of aramid flame retardant cloth has the characteristic of never fading.

2. Post-dyeing: the fiber is made into yarn or cloth and then dyed. The color fastness, dry and wet rubbing of this aramid flame-retardant fabric are above level 3.
