2. Different color matching method. When printing often use different types of dyes for common printed or printed with the OARS, and dyeing seldom used two different types of dyes to color matching. Printing and dyeing half-and-half products quality requirements, get the same shade of color, the printing quantity of the dyes used are much larger than the dyeing, so sometimes need to join the co solvent.
3. The different post-treatment processing. After drying of printing paste can form a layer of membrane, prevent the dye diffusion within the fiber, sometimes must use steam to dye transfer from the paste onto the fiber (i.e., increase the dye diffusion rate) to complete the coloring process, and then conducts regular washing, soaping and drying process, etc. And dyeing processing post-processing is usually water washing, soaping and drying process, such as the process of dyeing, the dyeing on the fabric has a longer duration, dye penetration can be fully spread to fiber, so don't need other special post-treatment.
