What are The Requirements for Fabric in Clothing Production?

1.If there is no special requirement,color fastness of production at least should be as follow:

(1)Washing fatness:
A.Color change:class3-class3.5
B.Color stain:class3-class3.5

(2)Rubbing fatness:
A.Rubbing dry:class3-class3.5
B.Rubbing wet:class2.5-class3

(3)Light fatness:class4

2.Match color accurately.Chromatic aberration of shipment should be controlled within class3.5 and affirmed by customer

3.If color of shell fabric and lining are the same,chromatic aberration should not be lower than class3.5

4.Fabric should have accurately mixed composition and even yarn count and density.Density of woven fabric should reach request.Error of knitted fabric’s grams per square meter should be controlled within ±5%.

5.If no specification,dimensional change of fabric in each direction should be controlled within 3% after 5 cycles washing,and be controlled within 2% after 3 cycles dry clean.

6.Fabric made by chemical fiber is free for flame retardant test while fabric made by natural fiber must do it.

7.Because all stuff for export should not contain azo dyes,It is necessary to do specific or progress tests to factory according to order.
