What is The Test Content of The Flame Retardant Fabric?

After finish the production of flame retardant fabric, we should do a basic test to check if they are qualified product.

The flame retardant fabric test contains name, quantity, color, specification, appearance inspection and interior quality.

The test methods of flame retardant fabric’s flame retardant property are different in accordance with the different principle, machine and purpose. The test results of various test methods are different to compare, test result only can be showed that the sample burning performance. Burning test method: it is used to test the sample’s burning breadth (carbide area and char length), after flame time and afterglow time.

1, vertical method: it can be used to test the flame retardant property of clothing textile, decoration textile, tent textile etc.

2, Level method: it is suitable for paving fabric, carpet etc.

3, 45°method: also known as tilting method, it is suitable for plane interior decoration fabric.
