Yulong Textile Organize a PK Competition About Company’s Rules and Regulations

As the saying goes: Nothing can be accomplished without norms or standards. Both countries and companies must have their own rules. How to carry out it when you have the rules is a question that everyone should to think of.

Focus on this question, Xinxiang Yulong Textile Co., Ltd periodically organize all kinds of activities to deepen understanding of company’s rules. We organized a PK competition about company’s rules and regulations in the last week of September. The questions were set by the employees, chose a total of sixty questions. There were 5 teams join in the competition, each team need to answer 12 questions. The competition started from a.m. ten o’clock, the players are prepared, the answer process is tense but not panic. Two teams answered all the questions correctly and into the upgrade.

After one and a half hour, the competition round off and “Flame team” got the No. 1. Through this competition, all employees had a deeper understanding of the company's rules and regulations, which also largely relieves the regulatory burden of company's leaders, because after the understanding of the system, every employees will be more prudent implementation, while the less mistakes on the regulation will reduce the burden of leader.

Each company comes from the great principle, whether you understand it or not, as a member of the company, must carry out every rules.
