Some factories use good fabric when they make sample clothes, but after mass order, they will cheat on workmanship and materials. They will change a little on the fabric, layman can not find this little change, but it will appear in the actually use.

2. The appearance of protective clothing

Protective clothing should be flat, clean and tidy, bilateral symmetry and fold upright. Each part need iron smoothly, no pleat, no lint and no yarn residue. Thread should match the fabric in color, texture, color fastness, washing shrinkage aspects. They should fit each other to guarantee the inner quality and outer quality. The function of button should in accordance with the protective clothing.

3. Chromatic aberration of protective clothing

The requirement of chromatic aberration of protective clothing is directed against the raw materials, which is clothing’s fabric. According to relevant national standards to chromatic aberration, the front collar and pocket fabric of clothing, side seam of pants are the main parts. Chromatic aberration degree is higher than class 4, other surface parts is class 4. To test the chromatic aberration of clothing, we use color fastness sample card. This sample card is one of standards formulated by previous textile industry. This sample card is composed by five groups gray standard samples, and it is divided into 5 classes. Class 5 means color fastness best and chromatic aberration is 0. Class 4 to class 1 means the color fading much bad, class 1 is worst.
