What are The Rules for Protective Flame Retardant Clothing Test in China?

(1) Flame retardant fabric and production of clothing products need to inspection by the designated by the state administration of quality supervision, inspection department, such as product conform to the requirements of this standard, to issue certificate of quality, the mass production.

(2) Technical department designated by the state for the flame retardant fabric manufacturer or clothing factory and products should be regularly check the use department, when found unqualified products, inspector should be in the same batch products, such as the re-inspection is still not qualified, this batch of products discontinued immediately, for processing.

(3) Products in the three years storage period, the flame retardant performance should be stable; connecting part should be solid and reliable. Extended storage products, should be in accordance with the inspection, the recognition is qualified.

(4) The improvement of the textile fabric quality performance of the product use test shall be borne by the textile sector corresponding units. The factory is responsible for the product self-inspection, and responsible for the quality of their products.

(5) Material in the products shall be cut out 1 m as the inspection work, such as product each batch is more than 10000 m, every 10000 m should be cut out 1 m to send technical inspection department for future reference.

(6) The flame retardant clothing manufacturer send 2 sets for testing if the production quantity under 2000sets, each increasing of 2000 sets the meantime sending 2 sets testing sample more.
